Our company has an active residential service department, coordinated by a customer service representative (dispatcher). Our regular business hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
We have a fleet of radio dispatched vans fully stocked with commonly used parts to meet our customers' needs in a timely manner.
Give us a call if your furnace, air conditioner, hot water or steam boiler or any system accessory malfunctions; we can find a solution to your problem. We service most major brands and models of HVAC equipment. We also accept Visa or MasterCard.
24-Hour Emergency Service
We staff our service department 24-hours a day, year around, to provide our customers emergency service if and when desired. You can call our emergency service number, 271-3901, and our off-hours service dispatcher will get you in touch with our service technicians to address your emergency needs.Since our off-hour service rates are higher than our regular rates, please check with us before asking for emergency service. If your problem cannot wait until our regular business hours, by all means call us so that we can take care of your urgent problem.
Our Employees
We have well trained service technicians to provide you with reliable and efficient service. Our service technicians serve a five-year apprenticeship program consisting of classroom instruction supplemented with on-the-job practical training. In addition, they attend numerous training sessions throughout the year to keep up with changing technology in new HVAC equipment.Our technicians wear company uniforms with name identification so that you know who you are dealing with when they arrive at your doorstep.
Our technicians are EPA certified to handle refrigerant in a legal and safe manner to protect our environment.
Preventative Maintenance
We recommend you call us in the spring of the year to set up an appointment to get your air conditioner serviced to make sure it is functioning efficiently before the hot days of summer arrive.We suggest you do the same for your furnace or boiler, as the case may be, in the fall of the year.
Parts Inventory
In order to provide our customers with timely service, we carry a parts inventory valued in excess of $100,000 in our shop. Our Parts Department is fully staffed, with a Parts Manager and a number of delivery persons who can deliver parts to our technicians on their job site if they do not have them in their van. This cuts down on the service time and consequently helps us provide the top quality service you desire.
