ServiceGeneral Heating and Air Conditioning has an active residential service department. Our dedicated dispatcher manages workflow for a fleet of radio dispatched vans 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. These vans are fully stocked with commonly used parts, ensuring we meet our customer's needs in a timely manner.

  • Our Employees - We have well trained service technicians to provide you with reliable and efficient service. Our technicians serve a five-year apprenticeship program consisting of classroom instruction supplemented with on-the-job practical training. In addition, they attend numerous training sessions throughout the year to keep up with changing technology in new HVAC equipment. Our technicians wear company uniforms with name identification so that you know who you are dealing with when they arrive at your doorstep. Our technicians are EPA-certified to handle refrigerant in a legal and safe manner to protect our environment
  • Parts Inventory - In order to provide our customers with timely service, we carry a parts inventory valued in excess of $100,000 in our shop. Our Parts Department is fully staffed, with a Parts Manager and a number of delivery persons who deliver parts to our technicians on their job site if they do not have them in their vans. This cuts down on service time, allowing us to provide the top quality service you desire
