Employee Safety Committees

Six separate employee committees meet to discuss safety promotion, effectiveness and direction on a quarterly basis. The committees are comprised of trade and regional work groups with each group having unique safety requirements and demands. Employee input creates a uniform foundation for safety initiatives and programs and provides an all-important buy-in to the safety philosophy of the company. Overseeing and reviewing actions and suggestions from the employee safety committees is the corporate committee, which is composed of employees from all levels of the company, from the company president to field workers.
