The Safety Department is staffed by seven full-time professionals; headed by the Manager of Safety Services. The staff offers a wide range of educational background from graduate level degrees in Occupational Safety to trade specific certifications. This mix of talent allows for creative diversity, grounded by trade specific knowledge in the various construction endeavors of the company. Regulatory and company compliance, training and incident prevention and claims management are main efforts for safety personnel. Presently, the department has three OSHA 500 instructors, five certified First Aid/CPR/AED instructors and two nationally certified (NCCCO) crane practical examiners.
